Your workspace is stored in India, and every file records where it's kept. Fyboard's AI answers with Google's Gemini by default — we'd rather say so than bury it — and your organisation can switch any AI feature off, or keep AI on Fyboard's own local model.

Honest about what's live.
Six tools are open to everyone today: FyPDFs, FyDark, FyShot, FyInvoice, FyPayrun and FySign. Behind them, seven modules run on an invitation-only internal beta, with real work on them; one is in development; and three are in the pipeline — planned, not yet built out for use. One module is public.

Fyboard is designed and engineered by Fybyte, and it began on construction work in India, where software that didn't fit the work cost real days. So we build foundations first — and we'd rather ship something small that holds than something big that doesn't.

What is Fyboard, in one line?
A records platform with twelve modules on top, and a set of free tools beside it. Every contract, file, form, document, person, approval and automation run is the same kind of thing — a record — which is how the modules work together without bespoke integrations.
Who is Fyboard for?
Anyone whose work runs on records — from a freelancer's first contract to a company's whole procurement chain. You start small and add modules as you grow; nothing has to be migrated along the way.
Where does my data live, and where does the AI run?
Your workspace is stored in India, and every file records where it's kept. Each organisation carries a region setting, India by default; serving other regions isn't switched on yet. Fyboard's AI answers with Google's Gemini by default — your organisation can switch AI features off one by one, or keep them on FyAI Local, Fyboard's own model. FyBrain's enterprise plan adds dedicated and on-premise options.
How do you handle security and access?
Access is checked on the server, by role — and in People, Materials, Finance and AlphaCore it goes down to which records each person can see. Changes to contracts, materials and finance records are kept as history: who changed what, and when. We don't hold a third-party security certification yet, and we won't claim one until we do.
Can I export everything if I leave?
Piece by piece, yes; in one click, not yet. Documents export to Word, PDF, HTML and Markdown; People, reports, boards and project registers export their own data; files download with their versions. A single export of the whole workspace isn't built yet — we'd rather tell you than promise it.
What's live today, and what's still being built?
Open to everyone: FyPDFs, FyDark, FyShot, FyInvoice, FyPayrun and FySign — six tools, free to start. On internal beta, by invitation: FyDrive, FyBrain, Automation, FyDoc, People, FyIntegrations and FySchedule. In development: DataBoard. In the pipeline — planned, not yet built out for use: Materials, Finance and Project System. The modules open to the public one by one, once each is stable.
