Where do I start?
Open FySign to work with a PDF in the browser. If you are preparing an AlphaCore contract, open its Signing area after completing the required review stages.
Is signing a PDF the same as requesting signatures?
They are different workflows. The browser studio lets you prepare and sign a PDF locally. AlphaCore uses a fixed contract copy, named signatories, invitations and recorded completion. Standalone cloud invitations are not available from the public studio yet.
Can I choose where signatures go?
Yes. Place fields on the document, assign them to recipients and adjust their position and size. The AlphaCore signing workspace requires a signature field for every signatory before sending.
What happens to my document?
Local PDF preparation and signature placement happen in the browser. Save your exported copy before leaving. Contract signing in AlphaCore uses your workspace permissions and stores the fixed copy and signing records.
What does the signing record prove?
The contract signing record identifies the source document and captured signing events. It is separate from a certificate-backed digital seal. Use the signing method and review process appropriate to your agreement.
