Your invoices are the templates
Save to My invoices — up to 50, kept in this browser — and duplicate one to start the next. The copy keeps everything, with -COPY on its number.

New invoices start with you
Save your own details as your profile, and each new invoice starts with them — logo, colour and signatory too — numbered after the last one you saved.

No template gallery
There's no gallery or marketplace of designs to browse. A layout with your colour, logo, letterhead and watermark is the template.

Is there a template gallery?
No — FyInvoice has three layouts, not a gallery or a marketplace. Your brand on a layout is the template, and any invoice you save can be duplicated.
Can I change the layout after I've started?
Yes. Layout, paper size and density are in Design and in the preview's settings; switch them at any point and what you've typed stays.
Does the PDF look like the preview?
Yes — the PDF is made from the preview's own pages, at the paper size you picked.
Where are saved invoices kept?
In this browser — up to 50. Clearing the browser's storage clears them. Cloud Pro syncs your profile, saved clients, items and logo, not the invoices.
Is it free?
Yes — the layouts, saving and duplicating are free, with no account. Starting an invoice from text is part of Cloud Pro.
