Past the deadline, bring someone in.
Set a timeout in hours on an approval step. When it lapses, the escalation approver you named is added; with no one named, the step closes as timed out and the run moves on.

Wait on purpose, pick up on time.
A delay step parks a run with a timer that's stored, not held in memory — a restart re-queues it, and the run resumes when it's due.

Is Automation available now?
It's on internal beta, by invitation. Workflows run inside Fyboard modules — 29 operations across People, Materials, AlphaCore, Projects and Finance can wait on one; Materials, Projects and Finance themselves are still in the pipeline.
Can I set SLAs with business hours?
Not yet. What's built is the approval timeout with escalation, delays, and analytics that show how long each step takes.
Does it send reminders?
Not yet — an approval timeout brings in the escalation approver instead.
