Which views does a board have?
Table, list, kanban, calendar (month, week and day), gallery and timeline, plus an analytics view and charts. Views are saved, each with its own filters, sorts and grouping.
Can I change the data in a view?
Yes. Edit cells where they sit and revert a change, add text, number, checkbox, date, email or link columns, and add computed columns with formulas.
What can a dashboard show?
KPI, bar, line, area, pie, donut, combined, heatmap, gauge, timeline, table, slicer and text widgets. Click one to filter the others, drill through to the rows, and export a widget as CSV.
Where can answers be sent?
By email to up to ten people, to Slack, as an autoresponder to whoever answered, to signed webhooks with a delivery log and retry, and through connectors for Google Sheets, Postgres, MySQL, Notion, Airtable and HubSpot.
Can a board pull data in from another system on a schedule?
Not today. Boards take CSV imports and JSON records, and every form's answers.
