AlphaCore · Authoring
Internal betaDraft it from what you've already agreed.
Start from a versioned template, insert approved clauses from your library, and write with comments, suggested changes and named versions. Word files come in with their tracked changes, and drafts go out as Word or PDF.

A draft, start to finish
From a template to a copy worth signing.
01 · Template
Start from a template
Templates keep their own version history, with restore and duplicate. When a finished draft is worth reusing, save it back as a template.
- Find templates by keywords and tags
- Restore any earlier template version
02 · Suggest
Suggest, don't overwrite
In suggest mode, select wording to propose a deletion or a replacement. Comments thread, take @mentions, and can be resolved or reopened.
- Who can edit, comment or view depends on role and phase
- A phase can lock the draft read-only
03 · Versions
Name the versions that matter
Save a named version, compare it with the draft as it stands, and bring earlier wording back when you need it.
04 · Signing copy
Hand over a fixed copy
When the draft is ready, prepare a signing copy. It's frozen: if the draft changes afterwards, a new copy is prepared, so what's signed is what was agreed.
The clause library
Wording you've already approved.
Draft with the clauses your team has agreed, and check the draft against your playbook before it goes out.
01
Approved, then inserted
Search the library and insert active, approved clauses right where the cursor is.
02
Checked against the playbook
Playbook review marks each clause as matching, an acceptable fallback, deviating or missing, with suggested wording.
Files
Word in, Word out.
Bring the other side's Word file in without losing what they changed, and send drafts out in the format people expect.
01
Tracked changes, reviewed
Import a Word file and review its tracked changes, accepting or rejecting them one by one or all at once.
02
Out as Word or PDF
Export to Word, PDF or HTML, or quickly to Markdown, HTML, JSON or text.
Working together
Everyone on the same draft.
01
Live on the working draft
The working draft can be edited together, with everyone's edits saving as they type.
02
Negotiation in rounds
Rounds keep submissions, decisions and blocking issues, and can be exported.

Questions
Asked and answered.
Does the editor write drafts with AI?
No. AI is switched off inside the agreement editor. FyBrain Ask and playbook review work alongside it.
Can several people edit at once?
Yes, on the working draft: edits save as everyone types. Comments and suggestions work for everyone with access.
Which files can I import?
Word (.docx), plain text, Markdown, HTML and JSON. Word files keep their tracked changes for you to review.
What happens to the draft once it's out for signature?
Signing uses a fixed copy prepared from the draft. If the draft changes afterwards, a new signing copy is prepared.
Is authoring available now?
AlphaCore is in internal beta, and authoring is part of it.
