AlphaCore · E-signature
Internal betaSign the copy everyone agreed to.
Prepare a fixed signing copy, place the fields, set who signs in what order, and send. Signers open a link without an account, type their name and give consent. You keep the signed agreement and its signing record.

Four steps
From a finished draft to a signed agreement.
01 · Copy
A fixed signing copy
The copy that goes out for signature is frozen. If the draft changes afterwards, you prepare a new one, so what's signed is what was agreed.
02 · Fields
Place the fields
Mark where each signer signs, in the field editor, on the copy itself.
03 · Order
Set who signs when
Signers are parties or their representatives. Lower numbers sign first; the same number signs in parallel. Send with a note and an expiry.
- Expiry from 1 to 365 days; 14 unless you change it
- Resend to one signer, or cancel with a reason
04 · Signed
Signed, with a record of it
When everyone has signed, download the signed agreement and its signing record from the contract.
What a signer sees
One link, no account.
01
A link, nothing to install
The signing page opens from a link. It shows the document's fingerprint, where to sign and when the link expires.
02
Type and consent
The signer types their name as their signature and ticks a consent box.
What's kept
Every signature, on the record.
Signing isn't a separate system: it happens on the contract, and what it leaves stays there.
01
For each signature
The document fingerprint, the time, the IP address and browser, the consent text and the signature mark.
02
Status as it happens
Out for signature, partly signed, declined or expired, and each signer's delivery status.
