Creates, updates, shares, approvals, archives, restores and more, each with the before and after, who did it (a person, the system or an integration), from where, and when.

Evidence on the record
Obligations close with a note and evidence files. Exceptions to a record's rules need a reason and an approval, and can expire.

What does the audit log record?
Each create, update, delete, share, unshare, approval, rejection, archive, restore, completion and cancellation, with the before and after, the actor, and when and where it happened.
Can I limit who sees which contracts?
Yes. Set permissions by role across twelve areas, override them for individual people, and scope access by record type, tag or category.
Does AlphaCore make us compliant with a regulation?
No tool can on its own. AlphaCore keeps the evidence and enforces the approvals you set; what counts as compliant is for you and your advisers.
Can I export evidence?
The audit log exports today. Compliance reports aren't available yet.
