Each obligation has a responsible person or organisation, a severity from none to urgent, and a due date.

Where do obligations come from?
You add them, or FyBrain suggests them from the contract text for you to accept. Either way they can link back to the clause.
Can I close several at once?
Yes. Select them, add one completion note, and close them together.
What counts as evidence?
A completion note and any files you attach when closing the obligation.
Do obligations send reminders?
Reminder and escalation settings exist in the module and are still being finished. Renewals and documents have reminders today.
Are there obligation reports?
Not yet. The overview covers totals, overdue share, completion and breakdowns today.
