How pages are counted.

Real pages first
A PDF or a slide deck counts the pages it has.

Otherwise, by length
Anything without pages counts one page per 3,000 characters, at least 1 per document.

The same for every file
OCR, summaries or search-only: a page costs the same.

Processing waits for the next month, or for a page pack.

Do I pay per person?
No. Plans are priced by pages read and Ask credits, not by seats.
Can I bring in my old files?
Yes, once, at the backlog rate: ₹1,000 · $12 per 1,000 pages, up to 100,000 pages.
How much does one question cost?
It depends on how much Ask reads and writes. A turn that reads 6,000 tokens and writes 600 costs 1 credit on Quick, 2 credits on Standard and 6 credits on Deep.
Does reprocessing a file cost pages?
Yes. Each time a file is processed, its pages count again.
What happens when a month's pages run out?
Processing waits until the next month, or until you add a page pack.
