For you · individuals & freelancers
Everything you run,in one place.
Clients, contracts, invoices, receipts, files and notes — each one a record, all in one private workspace. Fyboard keeps track of the admin, so your day goes to the work.

01 — Sound familiar?
Fourteen tabs to run one small business.
The work was never the hard part. Keeping it in one place was: the contract in one app, the invoice in another, the receipt in a photo roll, the answer buried in someone's inbox.
02 — Everything is a record
Everything you run is a record.
Clients, contracts, invoices, receipts, projects and notes — six kinds of thing, one way of working. Each one keeps its history, its files, who can see it, and answers you can ask for.

03 — Built in
Built in, not bolted on.
Files, docs, sign-offs, forms, money and a calendar — all reading the same records, so nothing is ever copied between apps.
Every file, filed where it belongs.
Drop in a brief, a signed contract or a receipt photo — it lands on the client or project it's about, versioned, and shareable with a link that expires.
04 — One client, start to finish
From hello to paid, on one record.
01 / 05
A proposal goes out.
Written in FyDoc from last month's and linked to Acme before it goes. Dana's questions arrive as comments on the page.
02 / 05
Signed, without the chase.
The proposal becomes a contract, sent for signature. Dana signs from a link, and the signed copy files itself on the record.
03 / 05
The work, delivered.
A project holds the milestones and the tasks. Handoff files land on it, and the checklist closes out.
04 / 05
Invoiced, and paid.
The invoice picks up the amount and the terms from the contract. Acme pays, and your share for tax is set aside.
05 / 05
Filed, all of it.
Proposal, contract, files, invoice and receipt — one record, ready for tax time, or for the next job.
05 — A day
One Tuesday, start to finish.
What a working day looks like when the admin looks after itself.
08:30
Coffee, and today's list
One invoice due, one proposal with a new comment, one renewal coming up.
10:00
A proposal goes out
Written from last month's, linked to Acme, sent for sign-off.
12:30
A receipt, uploaded
The lunch receipt becomes an expense on the Acme project.
15:00
Signed
Acme signs. The contract, the project and the first invoice appear.
17:30
Paid
Northwind pays October, and a share is set aside for tax.
19:00
Done by seven
Nothing to copy into a spreadsheet tonight.
06 — Ask
Ask your records anything.
FyBrain answers from what's actually in your workspace, and shows you exactly where each answer came from.

“How much has Northwind paid me this year?”
$41,200 across 11 invoices — October's $3,000 is still open, due in 6 days.

07 — Money
Money, without the spreadsheet.
Invoices and receipts are already records, so what you've earned, what's owed and what to set aside for tax are worked out as you go — not in a panic in March.
08 — Trust
Your business, kept private.
Plain facts about where your records live and who can reach them — no badges we haven't earned.
Private by default
Your workspace is yours alone until you invite someone — and they see only what you share with them.
Share with an end date
Send a client a file with a link that expires, with downloads off or a watermark on.
Where it lives
Hosted in India (AWS Mumbai) for launch. Other regions may follow, by plan or agreement.
Locked in transit and at rest
TLS on the way in and out; storage encrypted at rest where it's configured.
Who can see what
Role-based access on every record — the permissions engine checks each request.
What changed, and who
Changes are logged with the person, the time and what was there before.
AI, only when you use it
AI features call outside model providers only when you use them — and every answer shows its sources.
Yours to take
Export and deletion on request during launch; after cancelling, exports stay available for 30 days where technically possible.
09 — Moving in
Bring your stuff with you.
Spreadsheets, folders of PDFs, a year of invoices — import them once and they arrive as records, matched to the right fields. Anything that needs a look is flagged, not guessed.
10 — Pricing
Pricing, plainly.
No bundle to decode. Each module you'd use, where it stands today and where its prices live — plus FyTools, which you can use right now.

12 — Questions
Fair questions, straight answers.
What people ask before they move their business in.
Can I use Fyboard on my own?
Yes. A personal workspace is just you — no team to set up first. Invite an assistant or share with a client later, when you want to.
Can I use it today?
Fyboard is in internal beta, and each module opens as it reaches public launch — you can see where each one stands on this page. FyTools are live now, including FyInvoice for invoices and FyPDFs for PDFs.
What does it cost?
Each module is priced on its own, and the ones still in development or in the pipeline show their price at launch. FyTools have a plan that's free forever, and Cloud Pro from $4 per tool a month.
Can I bring my spreadsheets and files?
Yes. Import a CSV or Excel file and its columns are matched to typed fields; rows that need a look are flagged, not guessed. Files and PDFs upload in bulk.
Where is my data, and who can see it?
Hosted in India (AWS Mumbai) for launch, encrypted in transit, and at rest where configured. Your workspace is private to you; people you invite see only what you share.
Does AI read my records?
Only when you use an AI feature. FyBrain answers from your own records and shows where each answer came from; outside model providers process data only for the features you choose to use.
Can I leave with my data?
Yes. During launch, exports and deletion are handled on request; after cancelling, exports stay available for 30 days where technically possible.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet — Fyboard runs in your browser.
