HR policy only works when the calendar, leave rules, and pay artefacts agree. This release connects work-week configuration, leave policy depth, and the payroll surfaces operators open when someone asks “what did we pay, and why?”

Work week and leave

• Configure work-week patterns and apply them when editing the organisation.
• Leave policies support applicability, blackout windows, and clearer defaults.
• Leave document handling stays with the request so evidence is not orphaned in chat.

Payroll detail on the person

• Open an employee’s payroll tab for payslip history and compensation context.
• Create compensation packages from payroll without leaving the tab.
• Use breadcrumb and overview flows so payroll detail feels like part of People, not a bolt-on URL.

Money exceptions: advances, holds, disbursements

Real payroll weeks include exceptions. Advances go out. Holds freeze a run. Disbursements need a controlled path. Those flows now have dedicated management instead of informal notes.
